Shipping Information

Rok–Cork strives to carry as many items in stock as possible, however, due to the growing demand of this eco-friendly material our stocks are depleted very quickly. We aim for a quick turnaround time of no more than 3-4 weeks for those items.  All of our products are imported from our exclusive artisanal manufacturers, having them produced in small quantities will ensure that every detail, every stitch, is up to CorkAccessories’s commitment to provide our customers the highest quality artisanal product possible. We will not compromise on quality, and for that reason we ask for your patience and understanding as it is well worth the wait.

When placing an order, if the item is not in stock, CorkAccessories will send you an email advising of the estimated time of arrival.

We highly recommend you pre-order your item to guarantee priority when re-stock shipments come in.

• We currently offer FREE SHIPPING IN ONTARIO  with Canada Post or TNT.
• For orders outside of Ontario a flat rate charge of 12.00cad is applicable.
• This amount will be added at checkout to your total amount payable.
• Orders received for items in stock ship within 24-48 hrs.

In Canada we ship:

• TNT - Standard delivery 3 to 5 business days.
• We can arrange express delivery, however, extra charges are applicable.  Cork Accessories will contact you via email and advise of the extra costs.

Sales Taxes In Canada:

• All purchases within Canada are subject to GST or HST. The appropriate rate will be applied to your purchase based on your province of residence. All taxes are clearly detailed on your invoice. Please note the taxes are applicable based on the address of the credit cardholder making the purchase.

For USA orders / International shipping:

Available using TNT Worldwide, international shipping charges will apply according to country/region of destination, Cork Accessories will contact you via email and advise of the extra costs.

Canadian taxes are not applicable, however, any charges incurred such as import duties/taxes/ brokerage fees are the full responsibility of the customer at country of destination.

Payment Options:

We currently accept all major credit cards through PayPal Secure Server. All transactions are in Canadian dollars (CAD$).

Please provide your email address during check out so we can send  you an Order and Shipping Confirmation email.

Our Returns Policy - Satisfaction Guaranteed:

We will never compromise the quality of our products, we aim to fully satisfy our customers by offering Authentic Artisanal Cork Products manufactured and imported from Portugal.  We want you to be as happy and excited with your product as we are.  If you are not fully satisfied with the product please return it to us within 15 days of delivery. We will be delighted to offer you a full refund or exchange, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging.

Please keep in mind that these items are imported and if you wish to have the item exchanged as long as it’s in stock we will quickly turn your item around, if the item is not in stock we will advise you by email, and inquire if you prefer a full refund or wait for the new item to arrive.

All SALE items are final and may only be returned, if the item is faulty.
